I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
I applied on their website on a weekend. The next business day they called me. The interview was easy and quick. There was not that many questions. Basically why I chose Old Navy and what's my schedule. I would have to come back for a second interview with the store manager. I could not believe when they told me they pay minimum wage, aka $8.35/h. Also, they hire part time and the schedule changes weekly, meaning you will often work only 4hrs/week. How can you commit to such a ridiculous schedule? The manager said they have been hiring only part time sales associate. I guess they are trying to avoid paying benefits. They told me they would call back but never did.
OBS.: They told me they only do background check, there's no drug test.
Easy group interview. Simple questions about fashion, even had to style some outfits. Show up enthusiastic and everything will go well. Be excited and eager to help people + team mates
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!
