Easy questions - they mostly observe how friendly and interactive you are with others. There is no wrong answers. Keep in mind they want someone outgoing, and its afraid to help or be competitive. Remember this is a sales job.

I did not even get a proper interview because I have worked there in the past, which is completely fine with me. I had no issue with it. I spoke with the head manager a week prior to my interview and told him exactly what I wanted and how I wanted to balance Old Navy as a second job. He was completely fine with it and I had way more than enough experience to be a cash handler due to me working at financial institutions. The head manager even told me they needed cash handlers. So he said I was perfect! I did the interview told the hiring manager what I wanted and told them I spoke to the head manager about what I wanted and he was okay with it. I was told in the interview that if you did not get the job you would receive an email and if you did, you would get a call. I received an email three days later saying I did not get the position I applied for. I was in total shock because I worked there before. I called the location and asked the hiring manager why did I not get the job and she said "It is nothing personal, but I can not just have you come back and give you cash." Which did not make sense to me at all considering the fact that I was a cashier at that location and work with cash on a daily basis.

Fun! Played games! These games were akin to ice-breaker games that involved putting outfits together and describing why you put together what you did. It was fun, low pressure, and made me feel like it was going to be an awesome place to work.
