I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy in Aug 2011
Interview
Interview was easy. The store manager called me to schedule an interview and asked when was the best time to come in. Once at the interview, I was interviewed by the Assistant manager and she asked me simple questions such as, "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer" and "If you saw a co-worker stealing what would you do?" They try to hire very friendly and outgoing people so make sure you smile a lot and dont be afraid to be a little humorous. After the interview she just thanked me for coming in and followed up about a day or two later and asked me to come in for training.
