I was an internal candidate. A Market Leader contacted me for a phone interview. I was then invited to a formal interview. There was a group of 10 or so candidates from the area. The interviews were broken down into 3 separate sessions. You, an interviewer and a note taker. The interviewer asks questions while remaining unresponsive to your replies. No change in facial expressions or reaction at all. The note taker does not speak and only observes. The main question is asked "Tell me about a time when..." and you then have to answer the same follow up questions." How did you handle the situation? Why did you handle it that way? What was the outcome?" There are more but I do not remember them.
