I applied online and three days after I was called by the hiring person at the store, she gave me a phone interview which was fairly simple asking me questions about the store. For instance what did I know about old navy, is there anything I would change about the store etc. It was fairly easy and I was then invited to go to a group interview a few days after. The group interview was kinda odd, they didn't really ask any typical interview questions. Instead we played games with each other. They also made us pick an item from the store and attempt to sell it to the manager in a mock situation. Overall it was fairly enjoyable and I felt like I had fun with the other potential employees. About 3 days after I was called by the manager for another phone interview, this one asked me basic questions about my leadership abilities, and how I worked in teams. She also asked me what I learned from the whole group interview, in the end I was offered the job, so I am very satisfied!
