I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Houston, TX) in Aug 2013
Interview
Well, I first put in my application online, then I got a call maybe two days later asking me to call asap bc they had an interview the upcoming wednesday at 11:00am. I called, but the manager that left me the message wasn't in and the sales associate that answered had no clue when she would be in and asked me to call back within a few hours. I never called back, but showed up at the interview 10 mins early on wednesday. I was led to the back of the store where a line had already foormed of 4 people wanting to be interviewed. Many workers passed the growing line of people and wished us luck, one sales rep even told us the interview would take all day. At roughly 11:35 the manager let us into the "Employees Only" section in the back of the store where the 10 or so of us gathered around a table. The manager was super bubbly and made us feel really welcomed. She called me back two days after the 2 hour interview offering me a job.
