I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy in Sep 2013
Interview
I filled out an online application in the morning, my current manager called in the afternoon for a phone interview. We talked about things I did in school, outside of school, how I think I would be good for Old Navy, and my work experience. Group interview was a few weeks later with 2 others, we did a lot of ice breakers games. Discussed what type of company old navy was. Final Interview was to tell me that I had been hired for position, what pay rate would be, and when my training would start.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
