I applied online. You have to take a test - which was pretty simple and basic. Multiple choice. It had questions like: What would you do if you saw another employee stealing. What is wrong with this picture - picture with a table of unfolded shirts, messed up mannequins, etc. I got a call back the same week to schedule and interview. The interview was one-on-one with a manager in the office. She asked basic questions: Where have you worked before? Why do you want to work here? How do you think your past work applies to this job? She was looking off a sheet of questions that Old Navy supplies her to ask. She was very positive about our interview and reschedule me then for a second interview with the store manager. Interview with the store manager was pretty quick. Basic tell me about yourself. Then had me do a mock pitching of an old navy card to a customer. He let me look at the old navy card cheat sheet first. I didn't do a great job at remembering the card details it but I spoke clearly and didn't stop after the 'customer' said no the first time. Then he offered me the job!
