I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Portland, OR) in Sep 2008
Interview
I called about my application and they said that they were finished hiring for the season. The next day I got a call back and they said they were interested in hiring a few people so right then and there I had a sort of phone interview and she asked why I wanted to work at Old Navy, and questions about my availability. The next day or two I had an interview with the hiring manager. I was asked the basic questions that you always hear: Why do you want to work here (again), past experience, etc. Then I was asked to come in again for a second interview and I met with the assistant store manager who was in charge of logistics and the interview was really easy and she basically told me what the job was all about and asked if I would be interested in doing it, I said yes, and that was about it.
