I applied online, and within 2 weeks the hiring manger called me, I did a over the phone interview then she said to come in the next Thursday for a group "audition." At the audition there were about 9 other girls, including myself. The hiring manger showed us around the store and told us about what was going on. Then after the tour she took us in the back and had us stand. She told us about the history of the store ect. Afterwards she shared some facts about herself, then we went around the room and did the same. After that she had us do the outfit game. She had two dice's, on the first one; it had names of clothing on it, and on the second one it had scenarios. We had to roll the dice, with the item of clothing; go and find that clothing, then roll the other dice, and make an outfit out of the scenario. The second game we played was find a balloon, their mesh bag, and the company credit card. After we found them she just had us tell her what they were for. Finally towards the end we played "ninja, hunter, bear" which is just a form of rock paper scissors. It was a really fun interview. She told us the next step was background checks, so please give her a week. The next Wednesday she called me, asked a few more questions, then offered me the job.
