The interview was "walk around the store and talk" during which I showed initiative by noticing guests who needed help (although the manager interviewing me helped them obviously). The first interview was real easy and second interview I found out in the middle of it I was being interviewed for the backroom manager position. At the time they only had positions in Door II Floor and backroom manager. I was originally offered backroom manager and I didn't find out until I showed up for orientation (and after they had me quit Target because it was a 'competitor') that I did NOT get backroom manager, but I'm not a very assertive person. This experience helped me realize that hiring is a two way street and that I can ask as many questions as I want.
