I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy (Santa Rosa, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Applied online, got a phone call about a week later for a phone interview, then called back the next day to schedule an in store interview. Went into the store about a week later, asked a few more questions then was given a scenario where I had to put together an outfit. Then called back three days later and was offered the job. Overall really easy interview.
Easy group interview. Simple questions about fashion, even had to style some outfits. Show up enthusiastic and everything will go well. Be excited and eager to help people + team mates
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
