I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy (Visalia, CA) in May 2014
Interview
I applied online and got called in a month later. It was a group "audition" basically how to see our personality. There was some pretty wacky girls and I bet they got job offers just because they were trying to make the managers laugh. I got rejected and it's so not fair jist because I wasn't cracking jokes every five minutes. They talked about selling old navy cards and how its important but they obviously didnt care that I had experience in that and was pretty good at it.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Columbia, MD) in Aug 2015
Interview
Great group interview experience. This was a first for me but I think it really helped to ease the tension in the room for everyone involved. We also had to select an "on trend" item from the sales floor and talk about it.
