There were 3 steps to this interview:
1. phone interview
2. group interview
3. 1 on 1 interview
For the phone interview, they called me the day after I submitted my application online. They asked me several questions, similar to questions you would expect in a normal interview, except I had to think on my feet since I didn't have time to prepare. At the end I was invited to the group interview.
For the group interview, there were about 12 people, which is more than normal, because they said they normally have 6-8. First we had 3 minutes to get up and go talk to everyone, introduce ourselves and get to know people. At the end, they asked people what they learned about a specific person there.
After that we had to present an item that we brought that we were passionate about, and just explain it to the group taking turns.
We then played a version of rock paper scissors, really designed to assess personality.
We were then given a specific item of clothing and a situation, and we had 5 mins to go around Old Navy and create an outfit. We then presented our outfits to the group. After, we had to bring back the outfits and put them where we found them.
I was called the next morning for the 1 on 1 interview, and I went to that a couple days later. The questions were all fairly straightforward, but they had a bit more of a personal edge (so you had to talk about something in your life ex. describe your best friend, what was the greatest challenge in your life). After the interview I was told I would be called the next day to tell me whether or not I got an offer, and sure enough I got the call and was offered a position!
Overall the interview was super fun, and although I was a little nervous before the group interview, everyone was really nice and friendly, and I started to enjoy myself.
