I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy in Aug 2014
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call inviting me to come to the group interview a few days later. My clothes weren't from Old Navy, and I wore a dress with a cardigan. There were five of us at the group interview, and we introduced ourselves with a fun fact. Then we were asked about what we know about Old Navy (do your research on the website!) and given some background information. We were told to bring an item to "show and tell." In Old Navy, there's a bouncy ball dispenser and the manager pulled out one of those balls during the interview. We took turns passing the ball around and imagining what happens when the ball hits the floor. At the end, we balanced cookies on our foreheads while using our faces to get it into our mouths without dropping the cookie or using our hands. So difficult! Overall, it was a very unique interview process and very laid back. They're really looking for fun, friendly, and approchable people! Within an hour after the interview, I received a call inviting me to a second interview the following day. I really love the management there and enjoyed the hiring process. At the second interview, we talked about my resume, availability, and why I would be a good fit for Old Navy. At the end I was offered a job and accepted.
Easy group interview. Simple questions about fashion, even had to style some outfits. Show up enthusiastic and everything will go well. Be excited and eager to help people + team mates
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!
