I applied in-person. I interviewed at Old Navy in Oct 2014
Interview
I applied for the position online September 25th. Now in the month of october on the 18th , i called Old Navy to check back up on the status of my application and the manager said the store is holding auditions (Which they call it a walk in interviews) which i had it on a saturday, so I came in and met with the hiring manager, she was such a sweet person. The manager took us to the back of the store and then told us about the stores history and what it's like working at old navy, which i already know about cause i have sales experience lol. it was a little group interview which wasn't bad. The manager asked us questions like "What Makes You Awesome, Why You Want To Work For Old Navy, What Was A Time You Were A Team Leader" and Other Very Easy Questions Like That. Then she asked me to go out and pick an outfit out like i was going to an music festival which was great cause i love music. It was a very EASY interview i can tell you that. The manager said she was going to give us a call on monday once they check out our application we filled out online. Remember, I was with a group interview. I had the interview Saturday and i got a call from Old Navy Monday just like they said they would call on that monday. I got offered the job. I accept.
