I was hired through temporary agency, the interviewing was standard with little difference when actually going to employer direct. Also this interview was conducted 2 months prior to start date as training is done in group setting.

Simple, straight forward. Had no issues with the HR rep. Interviewed with the HR rep and a Supervisor. Since the supervisor and i went to the same collage it was easy to be accepted.
