Very typical questions regarding rationale for applying followed by very technical questions about the role. I must admit the panel I interviewed with had some of the better questions I've had during the interview process with a company. They did not appear to be the cookie cutter type of questions but were thoughtful and inquisitive. In the end, I felt almost as if I had made a new group of colleagues/friends, so it was very enjoyable to go through this process despite being an interview. At the final stage, I interviewed with individual members of the group I would be working with and it was a great dialogue of past experiences, troubleshooting, and collaboration.
