HR was very communicative and easy to work with. This was the only positive aspect of the interview process. Experience with interview panel consisting of hiring manager, department head, 2 cross-functional employees was terrible. Department head asked several questions about proprietary information of my employer at the time. Interview ended abruptly after I indicated that I would not be able to answer the questions due to confidentiality issues. HR never bothered closing the loop on my application, but the decision of rejection was mutual.
