All the questions were situational and seemed like they followed a script. Rarely were specific "job related" questions asked. It was all "tell me a about a time when 'x' happened and how you responded" or "has there been a time when you were forced to make a quick decision" or "when have you experienced conflict and how did you handle it"....a lot of soft-skill questions.
