Applied online, they contacted me asking for an interview through email about a week after. I got an offer about a week later. Relatively similar to any other Internship/Co-Op interview, they try to see what you're like in a work environment. They really love when people talk about integrity and "lifting people up" in a workspace or team related environment so really try to bring that up. Super professional the entire time and the recruiter was very responsive to emails.
