Two step interview process, Phone screening/Interview with recruiter and hiring manger for around 30 minutes to hour. Next was Virtual interview with recruiter, Hiring Manager, and team member. Overall good with Technical and behavioral questions. Biggest problem with the Whole interview is ghosting me as a final candidate. Final interview was a Wednesday and was let known the interview process will be done the end of the following week. Following week passes by and still no email or call, so sent a follow up email to know where the process is at. Ghosted, not a single response. another week passes and still no response. Would be a difference if it was early in the interview process, but Very unprofessional for big company to ghost a final candidate without even a rejection email. Don't put your full effort and studying for this company.
