Applied through university job board and heard back within a few days. First round interview was two 30 minute, back-to-back interviews (one behavioral and one case). Overall, interviewers were nice and did not want to trick you.

First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
First you take an online assessment. There are two rounds. First is one hour: half case, half behavioral. The first round is with younger analysts. Everyone was nice and supportive, also was on zoom.

R1: 30 min case 30 min behavioral. Case and behavioral weren’t difficult and seemed more like a vibe check.
R2: 2 x 30 min cases and 30 min behavioral (this interview was with much mkre Senior leadership)
