I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman
Interview
2x30 minute interviews, one behavioral ( very conversational) and then one case-based interview. It was done on campus. The case had a few behavioral questions leading into it, then dived into about a 20 minute long case.
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about yourself, why consulting and the case question
I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in May 2026
Interview
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
