I applied with my CV and had to do a psychometric test. 1st interview consists of 2 1:1 interviews. 30 min CV, 30 min case. I had a partner do my case interview and a consultant do my fit interview. Overall, it is not that hard, but the company is interviewing 200+ graduates during a period of three days. They really dont care much about you and dont let you ask any questions.
