Interview
Had a recommendation. Definitely a Plus to get a call back rather quickly. 30 minute phone screen. Nothing too challenging - background, why consulting, etc. 1 hour case review after about a week, mildly challenging if you haven’t been prepping. Definitely a behavioral element to it, but follow case review guidelines widely available online. Few days later notified I’m not moving to next round.
The managing partner behaved quite uninterested from the start of the call; she was late and kept pressing me on time. It was clear to me from the start she did not want to hire me. The experience with the other interviewers was good.
Case interview two rounds no industry specs but very thoughtful questions. Had to sell self as client facing. Overall good process I’d say, designed to get people who can succeed
