One round - behavioral and case study. Both were 30 minutes and back to back. Both parts have a difefrent interviewer. The behavioral was very laid back; however, the case part of it was much more professional
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman
Interview
VP in the interview kept interupting with mhms that threw me off guard; questions were rapid fire and didn't seem like he cared much; the case was from someone who genuinely did not care at all for the interview -- they were extremely dismissive and was not paying attention; easy case but bad experience
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in Jan 2025
Interview
No HR screening at the beginning. In total, 5/6 case interviews, most of them with very senior people (i.e. partners). Positive experience overall while they were a bit long in providing a feedback
