I interviewed with the HR/recruiter person and it went well. He started off by saying "you're clearly qualified for this job, so I'll ask a few questions and then feel free to ask me any questions you have." After this, I was moved on to an interview with the person I would be reporting to. It was a Zoom interview, but he didn't bother to put his camera on, making me feel very awkward. He also seemed uninterested, bored, and was rude and demeaning. The way he spoke to me made me realize I wouldn't want to work there if I was working on his team anyway. A specific example that sticks out was when he asked something about my favorite campaign and I described the client, the goals, and how I had set things up. He then followed up asking if I had ever worked with a certain industry or run certain types of campaigns, which what exactly what I had spent the last few minutes describing. When I said, "Yes, that was what I just described to you." He just said "oh." and seemed annoyed. I'd suggest reading the rest of the reviews because it seems that they are related to the same person, likely the person you'd be reporting to. It's unfortunate because it's a cool company that seems like it's growing, but the interview reviews seem to speak for what kind of environment you'd be working in.
