The overall process involved a phone screen, an interview with their (awesome) tech lead, a code assessment, code review, a code pairing challenge, a technical interview and a cross functional interview. Each person I interviewed with was kind and attentive, I honestly can't think of anything negative about this process (which took roughly 3 weeks). The technical side of the interview process was very fair, there were no gotcha questions or anything like that. Just straightforward questions, but in a conversational context rather than putting you on the spot. There was a chill vibe throughout the entire process, even during the harder technical portions, which I really appreciated. I actually learned a lot during this process, I'm very much looking forward to learning even more as a member of the team. All in all a great experience!
