I heard back fairly quickly from Ollie’s in-house recruiter and scheduled a call shortly after. In my opinion, the call went well and the recruiter was friendly, for the most part. It, unfortunately, turned disappointing from there as I did not hear back at all after this point. It’s one thing to not be selected to continue on in the interview process but to ghost those who took time out of their day (most likely their work day) to speak with you is a bit uncalled for. I was really excited about this opportunity as it combined the things I’m passionate about most and that rug was swiftly ripped out from under me.
