Interviewed via phone call with the Recruiter, who was super friendly and made me feel comfortable about reaching out if I had any questions. I was then interviewed by leadership in the CX department who all took turns asking both culture and high level experience questions. Finally, I was interviewed by the Director of CX who gave me a run down of expectations and gave me the opportunity to share why I thought I would be the right choice for the position.
