Five interview rounds. First was an initial screening with HR. Second was a 30 minute intro call with the hiring manager. Third was 2 back to back 30 minute interviews with Directors/Leads on the Marketing team. These were a bit more formal, with more technical/situational style questions. Next, I was given a data set of old marketing logs and was asking to put together a presentation and recommendation. Lastly, I met with the CEO for a 30 minute introduction and conversation.
