Of the 6 firms I interviewed at, Olson Kundig was by far the most negative experience. I applied online with a referral from a current employee. I received an email for a phone screening and was asked to give my available dates. Then I heard nothing for 2 months, even after 3 follow up emails. The same recruiter then called me out of the blue 8 weeks later and profusely apologized and schedule my next interview. It went great and I tried to bury my feelings about the process. Then again heard nothing for 6 more weeks, even after a follow up email. The communication is incredibly unprofessional and paints the firm as a place that does not value others time. The recruiter is non responsive and disingenuous in the process. I’ve lived in seattle for a long time, know Olson Kundigs reputation, and am disheartened that it’s being used so negatively in their interviewing process. I will not be accepting another interview and do not want to work for a company that treats people this way.
