There were three calls, they reminded me that they expedited the process since I had other pending offers. Everyone was really lovely and kind in the interview process, including their hiring manager. They had me walk through several projects in my portfolio and asked a lot about my work experience—overall they were really curious and engaged. They made it a point that design direction comes from the top, and individual engagement from the staff in the direction of projects is limited. Ultimately, this was the deciding factor for me to go with a smaller firm. The work and the people seem really nice, and the process was really pleasant, despite it being pretty involved. Definitely would be a place I would consider working in the future, they left a really great impression!
