Applied in December 2021, received a request for phone screening in January. 3 step interview process. Recruiter made me feel positive about the role and told me she would keep me updated. From that point onwards coordinating interviews and schedules was difficult. Poor communication throughout: informal emails, last minute date change, lack of confirmations. Recruiter said she didn't receive any of my emails/calls. I should've withdrawn my application at this point because it was a blatant lie. Recruiter said online was possible but pushed for in person interview, with no respect for my other job interview timelines. By the time I got to the on site group panal interview I was pretty disillusioned. Had a nice office tour, shown samples of work, received positive feedback throughout but one of the interviewers was about 30~ minutes late because she forgot what room we were in............. Ultimately, dismissed due to skillset. Why they waited 3 months~ to tell me they want a completely different skillset than the one advertised is beyond me..........
