Interview process was drawn out. Had 1 phone interview with recruiter, 1 in person with team, and another with CEO. I was on board with the company till I spoke with the CEO. He made the position seem undesirable. Talked to you like a child explaining all the work it would take to thrive in this role. This role was actually a salary decrease from my current role. After this interview they wanted me to a written assessment but I was offered another role with a company with more positive outlook.
