I interviewed at Omega Healthcare (Bengaluru)

      Interview

My experience with Omega Healthcare’s Medical Reviewer walk-in interview was quite disappointing. Despite preparing thoroughly with relevant material and answering confidently, the interviewer dismissed my responses as wrong without clear reasoning. The process felt rushed and unstructured — my first round lasted barely two minutes, and I was immediately sent for a re-interview without any feedback. It seemed like they were filtering candidates mechanically rather than evaluating genuine knowledge or communication skills. For someone serious about a career in healthcare reviewing, the experience felt disheartening, especially when professional judgment and respect were lacking. I hope Omega improves its interview transparency and gives deserving candidates a fair chance to express their abilities.
