The process seemed to be fine: Phone call followed by a long ( VERY) long panel. Met a large number of people who were VERY smart yet something was off every time. It was clear that nobody really knew what they wanted to get for the position they were hiring. It was brought up by many during the panel that Omeros is a high tech bio start up that could go far.... This said there is only a handful of start ups that make it and a large majority of companies like this don`t.I hope they do but details told me the odds are really against them. A piece of advice: if you are looking for an exciting high risk company that may go belly up or cut job with a blink of an eye full of smart people... Omeros is your place! If you hope to work hard but in a stable company... this is not it as you just might find yourself unemployed very quickly .
