The Last interview is a very extensive set of personal questions. not really sure why your prospective future colleagues would need to ask this about you. they tie it back to the company values but the stage is far too long and too much importance is placed on it. prolongs the process and is too long as a stage. seems pompous and as a mechanism to be able to say "we care about culture"
It was a weird process with very strange questions, very few about my previous experience and then they just put you on a phone to practice selling the solution. They then spend a couple of hours and you meet loads of the team, if one person says no you're out.

Thank you for your review - we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback and are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the process during your experience. Our interview process is made up of a combination of competency interviews and task based assessments to ensure we’re giving candidates the opportunity to demonstrate they can do the role. The final stage is the Authentication which is less focused on the role but more focused on the person and how they like to work. However, we collect feedback from every interviewer, at each stage, before making a balanced decision.
If you would like to provide feedback in more detail, please do contact talent@ometria.com and a member of our team will be in touch.
