Applied online and received an interview offer the next day. Interview was set up as a recorded video interview: a question would appear on the screen and 30 seconds were allowed to prepare an answer before recording started. Several unrecorded prep-questions were allowed before the official interview questions commenced.

Interview
Interview began as a "virtual" interview that was recorded in front of a camera. Text prompts appeared on screen and I was given roughly three minutes per question to prepare a response.
The manager I was told to ask for was absent the day of my interview, and nobody let me know. The interview itself was with the pharmacist in charge and short. It was a one-on-one interview followed by a tour of the pharmacy.
