I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Omnicare (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2016
Interview
Had a short (<5 minute) phone interview and then followed by in-person interview by two employees (non-HR). After interview, I was allowed to tour the facility. Everyone there seems to pretty much stick to their role and stay in their own working space. Overall, felt like it was a good and safe environment.
