I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at On Center Software (Houston, TX) in Jul 2015

Interview

Four Hour Interview starting with the Architect and then followed up by other developers on the team. The Architect asked me basic questions about data structures like LinkedLists and BTrees. Textbox questions were asked for a WPF Developer role. I came prepared to answer WPF questions but Architect was stuck in fantasy land.
