20 minute phone interview with VP of Sales, then in person interview for 1 hour and a tour of HQ, They called my references within 48 hours...apparently really dug into my work habits, cultural fit, performance history. Job offer extended and accepted by the end of that week. Good effective and efficient process overall. It bugs me when a company has unnecessarily long or numerous interviews, but doesn't ask any substantial questions or call references. This interview process was pretty intense during the interviews (VP knows how to assess performance instead of who is good at interviewing). Was given clear next steps at each phase, and offer letter came through an e-doc system which made signing/returning very smooth.
