I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at On Point Technology (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
I had applied online as well as got referred by a senior level employee in the company. Got the first round of interview with the HR, then a telephonic conversation with the hiring manager. The third round was little technical with the a senior developer and hiring manager.
Overall, the level of difficulty was moderate. Got the results in 3 weeks, they called up first for the offer discussion, since they offered good compensation. I agreed.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at On Point Technology (Chicago, IL) in May 2018
Interview
First round: HR contacted me.
Second round: About 30 mins call from the director.
Third round: Technical interview on Skype with 4 interviewers.
I like this company very much, yes I do. They make you feel like a big warm family. And their pays and benefits are very generous. I can tell this is a decent company who really cares about their employees. I would say they offer no less than what you would get from many huge size companies. If you can relocate to Chicago, I don't think you will regret joining them.
