      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OnForce in Mar 2015

      Interview

tl;dr The entire process was very quick and pleasant. I applied online through an internship website. Within one business day I had received an e-mail for setting up an initial phone interview. The person who contacted me and who conducted the interview was a Product Manager. The interview was set for the following day (really quick, I appreciate it), by phone. I received the call right on time. The interviewer explained to me what they were looking for and asked about me, about my background / resume and some behavioral/cultural fit questions, mostly related to the role as a Product Manager. Overall it was a very pleasant interview that felt like a nice conversation. Less than a week later I received a call from the interviewer telling me in a very polite way that I hadn't been selected for the next (and last) step and offering feedback (extremely rare and thoughtful). Based on the interview and the people I had contact with, I think OnForce should be an excellent environment to work in.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OnForce (Lexington, MA) in Apr 2015

      Interview

Brief 20 minute phone call asking general questions about me, then I went in to the office and was interviewed by 6 people in person for 2.5 hours total. Pretty tiring but the process was not too difficult. Many questions were repeated by the different people interviewing me, such as asking me to walk them through my resume, my major / classes I was taking, why I applied to this job. Not stressful, just long. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming.

      Question 1

One question that stood out in particular was "teach me something". Could be anything, as long as you could explain it clearly to someone who didn't know much about the topic.
