The IT manager and Director of HR are very straight forward and nice guys. Overall they are straight to the point and very transparent. My interview went well and offered me a job right there on the spot. They are very open about their culture, how they give raises and everything. If you have a question they will answer it. However for a Tech job where you are expected to know the ins and outs of all of their hardware, answer phone calls and support their clients, the pay was absolutely too low. 35,000 for a Tier 1 and 2 job, with expectations of that kind of knowledge is certainly not enough. I understand they are a small business, but they are definitely looking to either hire within or get people straight out of school.
