I was contacted by OnLogic HR via LinkedIn. After forwarding my resume, I received an email from HR to schedule a phone interview. The phone screening was very detailed, the company, product and opportunity sounded great. We had a great 40 minute call and was very interested in the detailed interviewing process. As the call was concluding, HR was advising me of the next phase but before I was to go onto the next phase, I was asked one last question. I was asked if I was vaccinated and based on my response, the interviewing process ended.
