In total it was 4 interviews (hr screening, hiring manager video call, in-person to meet with a team member, and a video call with the VP of the department). I really appreciated that transparency each step of the way. I never left an interview without knowing where I stood. I really liked the folks I met, and enjoyed the tour of the office when I arrived. The only challenging part was really getting a good grasp of what the role might look like. Most of the team was new so it was the 3rd interview where I really started to grasp the full scope of the position.
