OnLogic interview questions

I applied online and received an email response quickly with a list of interview questions to complete via email, once I submitted those I had an interview with the HR recruiter. The HR recruiter explained that I would have a series of interviews to pass through starting with my direct report and if that felt like a good fit, I would move onto the Director of Sales and if that felt like a good fit then the President. Because it was close to the holidays they moved me through the process very quickly before a few of the participants were taking vacation time. I always go into an interview feeling like I am interviewing the company as well, so conversation came easy and I felt that my candor and preparedness were appreciated.
