OnLogic Technical Support Manager interview questions

First in-person interview. Met directly with the Operations Manager. Good interview, he was forthright with me on the nature of the job and what I could and could not bring to it as a candidate. They really needed a hands-on support and hardware person. Although I am confident I could ramp up, my sense was they needed help at this critical position asap. I hope to have another opportunity to apply for a position more in-line with my skill set.
